  • 8 ounces Dark Chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 3 large Egg Yolks
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Espresso
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Chocolate Whipped Cream or standard whipped cream
For Garnish
  • Additional Cookie Crumbs for replication of 'dirt' look

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the Gummy Worms by boiling water and dissolving raspberry jello and gelatin, then mix in cream and food coloring, pour into straws and chill for 9 hours.
  2. Make Chocolate Pecan Cookies by creaming together butter and sugar, mixing in ingredients to form dough, chilling, slicing, and baking for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Prepare Dark Chocolate Mousse by whipping cream, whisking egg yolks with sugar and espresso, stirring in melted chocolate, then folding in whipped cream and egg whites.
  4. Assemble the Tart by lining a pan, crushing cookies for the crust, spreading mousse, and topping with chocolate whipped cream.
  5. Finish and Chill by sprinkling cookie crumbs on top, covering with plastic wrap, and chilling for at least 4 hours.
