  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper Sliced
  • ¼ teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes Optional
For the Sauces
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce Can substitute with tamari
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce Optional, substitute with hoisin sauce for vegetarian
For the Garnish
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Optional

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Spiralize the zucchini and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced chicken, season, and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in sliced red bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add zucchini noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce; mix and cook until tender.
  6. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan before serving.
