Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a muffin tin inside to warm up for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a blender, blend together all-purpose flour, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  3. Remove the hot muffin tin and add ½ tablespoon of butter to each muffin cup, letting it melt completely.
  4. Pour the batter into each muffin cup, filling them about ¾ full.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffy and golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before gently removing and serve warm with toppings.
