  • 1 packet taco seasoning Store-bought or homemade
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup fresh vegetables Lettuce and tomatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream For topping

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) as specified on the taco shell package.
  2. In a skillet, add your choice of ground meat over medium heat. Cook until no longer pink, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the cooked meat and mix well.
  4. Warm refried beans in a separate saucepan for about 3-4 minutes. Mix with cooked meat.
  5. Spoon the meat and bean mixture into taco shells and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Arrange tacos on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbling.
