  • 1/4 cup Honey Swap for agave syrup or maple syrup to keep it vegan.
  • 1/4 cup Mustard Yellow or Dijon mustard works well.

  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Use gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder Optional.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika Use sweet or smoked paprika as preferred.

  4. Coat each tofu strip in the honey mustard sauce, then roll in a mixture of breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the coated tofu strips.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even browning.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving warm with your favorite sauces or salads.
