Preparation Steps
- Crush Oreo cookies until they resemble fine crumbs, using a food processor for efficiency. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Let it sit for a few minutes to firm up.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix well. Gently fold in fresh raspberries.
- Layer half of the chocolate pudding over the crust, followed by the raspberry mixture, then top with remaining chocolate pudding. Spread Cool Whip over the top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
- Slice into squares for serving. Garnish with fresh raspberries or a drizzle of chocolate sauce if desired.
