  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil Melted

  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil for melting chocolate

Preparation Steps
  1. Soak the Pitted Medjool Dates in very hot water for 10 minutes to soften.
  2. Drain the dates and blend them with almond butter and melted coconut oil until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a lined loaf pan, spread evenly, and freeze for 2-3 hours.
  4. Cut the set mixture into 12 squares.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and remaining coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second increments.
  6. Dip each square in melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage, and transfer to a parchment-lined plate.
  7. Chill the coated caramels in the fridge for 1 hour to harden the chocolate.
