- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add 8 ounces of pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with 1 cup of cooked flaked salmon, 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes, 1/2 cup diced cucumber, 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion, and 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill. Gently fold together.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and gently stir until everything is evenly coated.
