  • 200 ml Heavy Cream at least 36% fat, room temperature
  • 50 g All-Purpose Flour do not substitute

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F) without using the fan.
  2. Line an 8-inch (20 cm) springform pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and flour. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing slowly after each addition.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream while mixing on low speed until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for about 40 minutes, checking around the 30-minute mark.
  8. Cool completely in the pan, then refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours before serving.
