For the Wrap

  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese Swap with cheddar or dairy-free cheese for variety.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 8–10 minutes.
  2. Chop the tomato into thin slices and tear the green leaf lettuce into manageable pieces.
  3. Gather all your ingredients for smooth assembly.
Mixing Filling
  1. In a medium bowl, mash the ripe avocados until creamy. Stir in lemon juice, mayonnaise, honey, onion powder, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.
Assembling Wraps
  1. Lay a spinach wrap flat and spread the avocado mixture evenly across it, covering about two-thirds of the surface.
  2. Layer crispy bacon, shredded chicken, fresh lettuce, tomato slices, and sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese.
Rolling and Serving
  1. Carefully roll the wrap from the side closest to you, tucking in the filling as you go.
  2. Slice the wrap in half diagonally and serve with fresh fruit, veggie sticks, or baked chips.
