Cooking Instructions

  2. Introduce ground turkey, breaking it up as it cooks. Add cumin, smoked paprika, Goya Adobo, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 7-8 minutes until browned.
  3. Add rinsed black beans, frozen corn, chicken broth, crushed tomatoes, and tomato paste. Stir to combine ingredients well.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for about 20 minutes. Cover and let flavors meld.
  5. Stir in sugar to balance acidity, adjust seasonings with salt and pepper as needed, and add more broth if the soup is too thick.
  6. Serve in bowls with optional toppings like avocado, queso fresco, cilantro, and lime. Enjoy!
