Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together orange marmalade, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped fresh basil, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 400°F) and clean it to prevent sticking.
  3. Brush one side of the halibut fillets generously with the glaze and set aside the remaining glaze for basting.
  4. Place the glazed halibut fillets on the grill, skin-side down, and grill for 4-5 minutes without moving them.
  5. Flip the fillets, brush with additional glaze, and grill for another 4-5 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
