- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded cheeses, mustard, minced garlic, chopped scallions, dill, chopped pickles, pickle juice, hot sauce, and dehydrated potato flakes. Blend until smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
