Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced crispy bacon. Add mayonnaise and sour cream, then sprinkle in hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  2. Using a serrated knife, slice a thin piece off the bottom of each bagel and scoop out some of the insides to create a cavity.
  3. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each hollowed bagel, pressing down to ensure it stays put while baking.
  4. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and bake the filled bagels for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
