  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard Use whole grain for extra texture.
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar Red wine vinegar can also work.
  • 1 piece Shallot (minced) Garlic can be an alternative.
  • Salt and Pepper Adjust according to taste preference.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse 4-6 cups of mixed spring greens under cool water to remove dirt, then dry using a salad spinner.
  2. In a large bowl, add the washed greens as the foundation for your Winter Salad Recipe.
  3. Peel and segment 2-3 fresh oranges, then sprinkle in 1 cup of pomegranate seeds and crumble in ½ cup of feta cheese.
  4. Add ½ cup of chopped candied pecans for a sweet crunch.
