- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Roll out the chilled puff pastry to about 1/8 inch thick on a lightly floured surface.
 - Center the Brie cheese on the rolled-out puff pastry.
 - Spoon fig preserves over the Brie and drizzle with honey.
 - Fold the pastry over the Brie, sealing the edges tightly.
 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
