- In a small bowl, combine 4 tablespoons of softened butter with 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Take one slice of prepared bread and layer a slice of cheese. Add a generous layer of assorted turkey meats and another slice of cheese. Top with another slice of bread, buttered side facing up.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over low heat for about 2 minutes. Place your assembled sandwich in the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden-brown. Flip the sandwich gently and grill the other side for an additional 5-6 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, mix together ¼ cup of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of red grape juice vinegar, 2 tablespoons of parmesan, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Stir until well-combined.
- Fold in 1 cup of chopped lettuce, ¼ cup of thinly sliced red onions, and ¼ cup of banana peppers into the dressing mixture. Toss until well-coated.
- Transfer the grilled sandwich to a plate, slice in half, and stuff with the prepared salad mixture. Serve immediately.
