Cooking Steps
  1. Begin your Broccoli, Peppers, and Onion Sauté by placing a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and let it heat until it shimmers, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Carefully add the chopped broccoli florets, sliced bell peppers, and sliced onions into the skillet. Spread the vegetables out evenly. Cook for about 5 minutes without stirring.

  4. Continue sautéing the vegetables for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender yet crisp.
