Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  5. Melt the candy melts in a separate bowl until smooth.
  6. Drizzle melted candy melts over the chocolate in a swirling motion.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreos and heart-shaped sprinkles on top.
