Preparation
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the marinade ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
- Place the flank steak in a resealable bag, add the marinade, seal, and refrigerate for 1 to 4 hours.
- Rinse jasmine rice under cold water, bring water to a boil, add rice, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, sear marinated flank steak for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Let the beef rest for 5 minutes, slice against the grain and serve over jasmine rice with garnishes.
