Beef Filling

Taco Shells
- Warm corn tortillas on another pan over medium heat for 30 seconds on each side.
- In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry each tortilla for 30–60 seconds per side until golden-brown.
Assembly
- Assemble tacos by filling crispy shells with beef and adding toppings as desired.
- Serve immediately while hot and crispy, alongside salsa, sour cream, and cilantro.
