Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes until browned and no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce to the beef, stirring for about 2 minutes. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and roll each biscuit into approximately 1/4 inch thick circles.
  5. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of beef mixture into each biscuit, gather the edges, and pinch to seal tightly.
  6. Melt butter and mix with minced garlic, then brush over the tops of the unbaked bombs.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each bomb.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
