Method
 

Preparation Steps

  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead gently for 4 to 5 times.
  4. Cover the dough and rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into four balls and roll each into a disc approximately ¼ inch thick.
  6. Heat 1 inch of oil to 350°F in a deep pot or skillet.
  7. Carefully fry each disc for 3 to 4 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
