  • 2 large Red Bell Peppers the star of the dish

  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed is best
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil can substitute with vegetable oil
  • to taste Salt

Preparation Steps
  1. Gather all ingredients. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare cutting boards and baking sheets.
  2. Slice red bell peppers in half, remove seeds, and coat them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place cut-side down on a baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes.
  3. After the peppers cool, blend them with garlic and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook tilapia fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Pour roasted pepper sauce over the fish and simmer for a few minutes. Serve immediately.
