  • 2 cups Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots julienned
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce low-sodium preferred
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil for cooking
Optional Toppings
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your stovetop to medium heat and prepare your ingredients.
  2. Add sesame oil to the skillet, toss in the sliced chicken and stir-fry until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In the same skillet, add carrots, bell peppers, and broccoli. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Push vegetables to the side and add garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add instant ramen noodles and enough water to cover, increase heat and boil for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Return cooked chicken to skillet, pour in soy sauce, stir everything together for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions, sesame seeds, and chili flakes if desired.
