  2. Combine the ingredients by adding olive oil and salt, then gradually mix in flour until a tacky dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Shape the dough into a ball and let it rise in a greased bowl for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
  5. Prepare the filling by mixing minced garlic, parsley, rosemary, and cheese in a bowl.
  6. Shape the dough into a rectangle about ¼-inch thick.
  7. Spread the filling over the dough and roll it into a log. Pinch the edges to seal.
  8. Place the rolled log in a greased loaf pan and let it rise for a second time for 30-45 minutes.
  9. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool slightly.
