  • 1 cup Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1/2 cup Spicy Aioli
  • 1/4 cup Maple Mustard

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Parboil the sweet potato cubes in boiling water for 5-7 minutes until fork-tender, then drain and cool.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, maple syrup, olive oil, cinnamon, cayenne, and optional garlic powder until smooth.
  4. Coat sweet potato cubes in the glaze, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
  5. Wrap each glazed sweet potato cube with a piece of bacon, ensuring it's snug.
  6. Place skewers on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. In the final 5 minutes of roasting, brush with extra glaze to enhance shine and flavor.
