- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or your air fryer to the same temperature. Line a baking sheet or air fryer tray with parchment paper.
- Halve the jalapeños lengthwise, remove the seeds and membranes, and pat them dry.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with brie cheese.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of ham, prosciutto, or bacon.
- Place the wrapped jalapeño poppers on the prepared baking sheet or air fryer tray.
- Bake the poppers for 15-20 minutes, or air fry them for 12-15 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the brie is bubbling.
- Warm the blueberry preserves in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
- Serve the poppers warm, drizzled with blueberry preserves and garnished with black pepper or flaky salt.
