  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil or Melted Butter for drizzling
For the Stuffing
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach well-drained
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
For Garnishing
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill or Parsley optional
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice fresh
  • 2 wedges Extra Lemon for serving

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, spinach, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  3. Cut a pocket into each salmon fillet to hold the stuffing.
  4. Stuff each salmon pocket with the spinach mixture generously.
  5. Season the stuffed fillets with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  6. Bake for 18-22 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily and the tops are golden.
  7. Let rest for a minute, garnish with dill or parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
