Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, minced onion, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix gently until well blended.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet. Add the meatballs and brown for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Once browned, remove meatballs and pour in Guinness and beef broth, scraping browned bits from the pan. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Return meatballs to the skillet with the gravy and add Worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Serve over creamy mashed potatoes or polenta and garnish with fresh parsley or chives.
