  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Pure vanilla extract is recommended.
  • 1 cup Cool Whip Consider using homemade whipped cream.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine crushed pretzels, chopped pecans, and brown sugar. Pour in melted butter and mix until coated.
  3. Spread the pretzel mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until bubbling and golden.
  4. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip.
  5. Fold sliced strawberries in the creamy mixture and add half the pretzel crunch.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with remaining pretzel crunch. Serve immediately.
