  • 300 ml Lemonade Fizzy brightness; can swap with lemon-lime soda.
For the Eyeballs
  • 425 g Lychees Drained well from the can.
  • 10-15 pieces Cocktail Cherries Maraschino cherries work wonderfully.
  • 10-15 pieces Raisins Any dried fruit can be used.
For Serving
  • 10-15 pieces Cocktail Sticks For assembling and serving eyeballs.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Lime Jelly: Follow package instructions and refrigerate until set.
  2. Mix the Juice Base: Combine apple & pear juice with lemonade in a jug and chill.
  3. Create the Eyeballs: Drain lychees, insert cherries as pupils, and add raisins for irises.
  4. Break the Set Jelly: Whisk the jelly into chunks and spoon into glasses.
  5. Assemble the Mocktails: Layer jelly with juice mixture and add eyeball assembly to each glass.
