Step-by-Step Instructions for Eyeball Pasta
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Form meatballs about the size of golf balls and place them on the baking sheet.
