  • to taste Salt & Black Pepper essential seasonings
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper omit for milder flavor
For the Rice Bowl
  • 2 cups Rice Jasmine or brown rice
  • 2 cups Vegetables Carrots, Cucumber, Avocado, Green Onions
For the Spicy Mayo
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise your preferred brand
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha adjust based on heat preference
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice fresh is recommended

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice. Stir until smooth and creamy, then set aside.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and drizzle in olive oil. Add the shrimp and season with spices, sauté for 3-5 minutes until pink and opaque.
  3. Prepare rice according to package instructions, fluff once done to separate grains.
  4. Scoop rice into bowls and top with sautéed shrimp and fresh vegetables.
  5. Drizzle spicy mayo over the bowls and add optional soy sauce if desired.
  6. Serve warm, with optional sesame seeds or cilantro as garnish.
