- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the hoagie rolls lengthwise without completely separating them.
- Spread a thin layer of butter on the inside of each hoagie roll.
- Arrange the buttered rolls on a baking sheet and place them in the preheated oven to toast for about 5 minutes.
- While the rolls toast, grill the chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Place the grilled tenders inside each toasted hoagie roll, layer with bacon and sprinkle cheddar cheese.
- Return the sandwiches to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Drizzle ranch dressing generously over each sandwich.
- Add a handful of dill pickle chips on top to finish.
- Serve warm, straight from the oven.
