  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic can intensify the flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning A mix of celery salt, paprika, and black pepper can be used as a substitute.

For the Biscuit Base
  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough Homemade biscuit dough can also be made if desired.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the refrigerated biscuit dough and arrange on the baking sheet with space between each.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cooked shrimp, lump crab meat, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Spoon the seafood mixture into the center of each biscuit, being careful not to overfill.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and puffed.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving as warm appetizers.
