Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the refrigerated biscuit dough and arrange on the baking sheet with space between each.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked shrimp, lump crab meat, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spoon the seafood mixture into the center of each biscuit, being careful not to overfill.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and puffed.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving as warm appetizers.
