Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Crispy Grilled Potato Skewers with Garlic and Parmesan
  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 350°F (175°C), or set your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash your potatoes thoroughly, slice them into 1/4-inch rounds, and arrange them on a clean surface.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced potatoes with olive oil and all the seasonings. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Thread the seasoned potato slices onto skewers snugly without compressing them.
  5. Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, or bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Once cooked, sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the skewers and garnish with chopped parsley.
  7. Serve immediately with your favorite dips.
