  • 1 cup Crushed Ritz Crackers Saltines can be used as an alternative.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Steam the broccoli florets for about 5–7 minutes until they are vibrant green and slightly tender.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, and chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper, then stir well.
  4. Grease your 9x13-inch baking dish and pour the broccoli mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter until evenly coated. Sprinkle this mixture over the casserole.
  6. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes.
  7. Once baked, let the casserole cool for about 5–10 minutes before serving.
