Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Wash and slice the zucchini into thin rounds; set aside.
  2. Cut the chicken into bite-sized cubes. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken with olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Spread a layer of sliced zucchini in a greased baking dish. Place the seasoned chicken on top evenly.
  4. Bake for approximately 35 to 40 minutes until the chicken is golden brown and the juices run clear.
