Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to the broil setting.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, large egg, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  3. Shape the mixture into about 15 uniform meatballs.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the meatballs for 6-8 minutes.
  5. Reduce skillet heat to low, add heavy cream, grated parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Coat the meatballs in the sauce and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Broil the meatballs for 2-3 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  8. Garnish with extra chopped parsley and serve.
