Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by heating 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot and shimmering, add the sliced ribeye steak. Sear the steak for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Toss in the chopped red and green bell peppers along with the sliced white onion. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until tender and vibrant.
- In a medium bowl, mix together minced garlic, black pepper, minced ginger, brown sugar, soy sauce, beef broth, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch until well combined.
- Return the cooked steak to the skillet with sautéed vegetables. Pour the sauce mixture over, stirring gently to coat. Increase heat to bring to a gentle simmer.
- Allow the mixture to simmer on medium heat for about 4-5 minutes until the sauce thickens and flavors meld beautifully.
- Remove from heat. Serve hot over a bed of fluffy rice, garnished with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

Notes
For tender bites, slice ribeye steak against the grain. Use fresh garlic and ginger for robust flavor. Customize with extra veggies or chicken for variation.
