Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased baking sheet.
  2. Combine cream cheese and softened butter until smooth. Add shredded chicken, chives, minced onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and press triangles together to form rectangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of chicken filling in the center of each dough rectangle, fold corners, and pinch to seal.
  5. Dip each sealed pillow in melted butter, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat.
  6. Bake for 22-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Prepare gravy by mixing cream of chicken soup, gravy mix, and water in a saucepan on medium heat.
