- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of shredded or cubed cooked chicken with 1½ cups of diced cooked ham and 1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together ½ cup of sour cream, ¼ cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of onion powder until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and ham mixture and stir gently to ensure everything is well-coated.
- Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese over the top. Optionally, add ½ cup of bread crumbs mixed with 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
