Step-by-Step Instructions for Cheeseburger Meatloaf
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a greased baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onions, garlic, egg, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture into the greased baking dish and shape it into a loaf.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the remaining cheddar cheese with ketchup and spread it over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for approximately 60 to 75 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
