Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a standard muffin tin.
  2. Whisk the eggs until pale and frothy, about 1 minute.
  3. Combine heavy cream with the whisked eggs until smooth.
  4. Fold in mozzarella, parmesan, ground meat, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and optional bacon.
  5. Fill each muffin cup about ¾ full with batter.
  6. Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown and firm to touch.
  7. Cool in the tin for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
