- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Slice the mini croissants horizontally, then fill each with layers of smoked cheddar cheese and deli-cut ham.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, mustard, honey, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
- Spread the butter mixture on the inside of each croissant sandwich and arrange them in the greased baking dish.
- Whisk the egg white with a splash of water and brush it on top of each croissant. Sprinkle with poppy seeds if desired.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
