Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, grated apple, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, chopped fresh sage, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Scoop out portions of the mixture and shape them into meatballs about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place on a plate or tray.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and sear the meatballs for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the browned meatballs to the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each.
