  3. Toss pressed tofu cubes into the marinade and let soak for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Spread marinated tofu cubes in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Let the roasted tofu rest for 5 minutes before serving.
