Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, blend together honey, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, and minced garlic until smooth.
  3. Coat chicken thighs with half of the sauce, then place in a greased baking dish and pour remaining sauce on top.
  4. Pour chicken broth into the dish and add rice, stirring gently to combine.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  6. Let sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Fluff the rice, plate with chicken, and drizzle with remaining sauce.
