Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the sausage links in a skillet over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes until fully browned and cooked through. Remove and cool on a paper towel.
  2. In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Trim off the crusts of the bread slices and flatten each slice with a rolling pin.
  4. Place a cooked sausage link at one end of each flat bread slice and roll the bread tightly around the sausage, sealing the seam.
  5. Melt butter in the skillet over medium heat. Dip each roll-up in the batter and place seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
